OluKai Named to Outside Magazine's 2010 "Best Places to Work"

For the second consecutive year, OluKai was named to Outside magazine’s annual “Best Places to Work” list. “These companies share a common belief: that the secret to success is empowering employees to live balanced lives and remain committed to their communities and the environment,” said Michael Roberts, Executive Editor of Outside.

From the everyday visits of family pets roaming the office, weekly ‘board’ meetings in the waves for Surf Wednesdays, to nationwide efforts of OluKai’s giveback programs, employees share a sense of community. Company beach days are taken quarterly to acknowledge and celebrate the staff's contribution to the ongoing growth of the company.

Special events help share the humble ethos of the company with the community. This month OluKai presents its second annual Ho’olaule’a ocean festival May 15th and 16th at Kanaha Beach Park, Maui. The event pays tribute to the ocean lifestyle through competition, tradition, family, and giving back to the community. The event is one of the many ways OluKai and its employees continue to propel the brand forward by sharing the ocean lifestyle and aloha with the world.
